Morning Glory
My Verdict? Bloomin’ brilliantMy Rating? 4.5

UK Cinema Release Date: 21st January 2011Starring:  Rachel McAdams, Harrison Ford, Patrick WilsonGenre: ComedyRuntime: 1 Hour 47 Mins (Approx.)
Now I’ll be the first to admit that my expectations for this movie weren’t exceptionally high. The trailer did little to entice me and the press coverage has been minimal. That being said, I’m more than glad that I didn’t let any of this deter me from going to see this.
Generally, when a movie is of comedy genre all of the funniest moments are exposed in the trailer and you pretty much feel like you have wasted you time going the cinema to see it. This movie is not one of those; in fact it somehow managed to reach the other end of the scale completely. Undermined completely in the trailer it does little to prepare you for the hilarity that ensues in the movie. If anything it has been portrayed as quite a poignant and serious movie, which is aided by the mash up of scenes that have been thrown here there and everywhere.
My advise to you, do not watch the trailer - simply go and see the movie without any pretense what-so-ever and if you’re anything like me you’ll love it.
The cast as expected were brilliant and as an ensemble I couldn’t think of a better mix of actors. Rachel McAdams who plays Beckie is once again utter perfection, playing the role with great elegance.  Her character was completely real and thoroughly relatable.
Full to the brim with great acting and humour with a underlying love story that is exquisitely realistic and relatable this movie has already made it onto my favourites list and I’m sure I’m not the only one.
